Custom Orthotics · London, Ontario
Custom orthotics, made on-site for how you actually move.
We assess your foot mechanics, map your gait, and build your orthotics in our own London clinic — so your support is shaped around your body, not pulled from a shelf.
Custom, not generic
Not the same as insoles from the pharmacy.
Custom orthotics are shaped to your exact foot and gait, based on a real assessment. They correct the mechanics causing your pain rather than just adding soft padding under your foot.
That matters because two people can have the same pain location but very different movement patterns. The right support depends on what your foot does under load.

Each option connects the pain area to the right service path and a downloadable patient guide. Choose the area that sounds most like your concern, then use the related service path and patient guide.
Heel pain
Heel pain often gets worse when the same sore tissue is loaded the same way every day. Custom orthotics help by redistributing pressure and supporting the foot through each step.
Big toe or bunion pain
A bunion or sore big toe joint can change how pressure moves through the front of the foot. Orthotics and footwear changes can help reduce pressure and protect the joint.
Ball of foot pain, burning, or tingling
Burning, tingling, numbness, or the feeling of a sock bunched under the toes can be linked to nerve irritation in the forefoot. A wider shoe, metatarsal support, and custom orthotic plan can help reduce pressure.
Knee pain
Not all knee pain starts at the knee. Foot mechanics, arch collapse, and repeated loading can change how the kneecap tracks or how the outside of the knee absorbs force.
Shin pain
Shin splints often build from repeated stress through the lower leg. Gait analysis can show whether foot mechanics, training load, or footwear are part of the problem.
Outside ankle pain
Pain along the outside of the ankle can come from tendons being overloaded by repeated motion, uneven ground, worn footwear, or poor mechanics.
Foot arthritis or stiff joints
Foot osteoarthritis can make walking, stairs, and uneven ground harder. Orthotics and footwear can help manage pressure through painful joints and support more stable movement.
The process
A connected fit from assessment to adjustment.
This section makes the page feel more personal because it shows the client what happens, not just what the product is.
Assessment
We review your pain, footwear, health history, and how your foot behaves under load.
Gait Review
We look for pressure, balance, and movement patterns that explain the pain.
Built On-Site
Your orthotics are designed and made locally, not shipped away and delayed.
Fit & Adjust
You try them in your shoes, then we adjust the fit until it feels right.
Our Comfort Commitment
Not comfortable right away? We'll adjust them at no charge. Still not right? We'll remake them. Most benefit plans cover part of the cost, and we'll help you check before you commit.
